The University of Hyderabad (UoH), established in 1974, is a premier Central University located in Hyderabad, Telangana. Renowned for its strong emphasis on postgraduate education, research, and innovation, UoH has consistently ranked among the top universities in India. The institution is spread across a sprawling 2,300-acre campus, making it one of the largest in the country.

UoH offers a wide array of Master’s, M.Phil., and Ph.D. programs in disciplines such as Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, Arts, Communication, Engineering, and Management. It has over 40+ departments and centres of study with experienced faculty and cutting-edge research facilities.

MISSION
To disseminate and advance knowledge by providing instructional and research facilities in such branches of learning as it may deem fit and by the example of its corporate life, and in particular to make special provisions for integrated courses in humanities and science in the educational programmes of the University and to take appropriate measures for promoting inter-disciplinary studies and research in the University.
