Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) is a prominent state technical university located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Established in 2005 by the Government of Uttarakhand, it was created to promote technical education in the state and has since played a crucial role in developing engineering, management, and professional education.
