2. Seat Distribution and Quotas

• Total MBBS Seats: 150 (as per NMC approval).

• State Quota: 64 seats – For permanent Meghalaya residents (with valid ST/SC certificate).

• Management Quota: 63 seats – For Indian citizens who qualified NEET-UG 2025.

• NRI Quota: 23 seats – For Non-Resident Indian candidates.

3. Application Timeline & Procedure

• Online Application: Applications were accepted via the Meghalaya government official portal (www.meghealth.gov.in)

• Counselling Schedule:

  • First Round: August 1 to August 7, 2025.

  • Document Verification: Physical verification during counselling based on merit list from NEET-UG scores.

4. Fees Structure (Annual)
