What is MD Biochemistry?
MD in Biochemistry is a three-year postgraduate medical degree that focuses on the chemical processes and substances that occur within the human body. It involves the study of molecular biology, metabolism, enzymology, hormones, and the biochemical basis of disease.

- The duration of the course is 3-years, however it can extend upto 5-years depending upon specialisations chosen. Also, it is the highest medical degree in the Indian Medical system.
- Candidates after completing their postgraduate degree in MS course, MD course or other relevant PG courses from a MCI recognized college are eligible to pursue the course.
- Admissions to MCh are offered mostly through entrance based on the scores of NEET-SS or NEET-PG which may be followed by a GD/ PI round. However, some colleges offer direct admissions.
Master in Business Administration (MBA)
- MBA course is a 2-years postgraduate course that deals with the study of fundamentals concepts of Management. MBA is offered with several specialisations such as Operation Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- To pursue MBA one must complete a bachelor's degree in any stream with 50% marks from a recognized University.
- MBA Admissions into the best MBA colleges in India are based on the scores of candidates in any entrance exam CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc. followed by a GD/ PI round. However, some colleges offer admissions based on scores in previous exams.
