The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has commenced the choice filling process for AIIMS MSc Counselling 2026. Candidates who have qualified for counselling can now log in to the official AIIMS examination portal and submit their preferred institutes and postgraduate programmes for Round 1 seat allotment.

According to the official counselling schedule, the choice filling and choice locking window will remain open until 18 July 2026, 5:00 PM. Candidates are advised to complete the process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Choice Filling Process Underway

Eligible candidates must log in using their credentials and carefully select their preferred AIIMS institutes and MSc programmes. The order of preferences submitted by candidates will play an important role during the seat allotment process.

Candidates can modify and rearrange their choices any number of times before the deadline. However, all preferences should be reviewed carefully before locking them.

Round 1 Seat Allotment

After the choice filling window closes, AIIMS will prepare the Round 1 seat allotment based on candidates' merit rank, category, preferences, and seat availability. The Round 1 seat allotment result is scheduled to be announced on 22 July 2026.

Candidates Advised to Complete Choice Filling Early

Candidates should:

• Fill and arrange institute and course preferences carefully.
