The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Assam has officially revised the UG and Common PG Admission Schedule 2026–27 in view of the prevailing flood situation across the state. The revised notification has been issued following directions from the Higher Education Department, Government of Assam, to ensure that students affected by the floods receive adequate time to complete the admission process.
The updated schedule covers UG (CUET and Non-CUET), ITEP, Lateral Entry, and Common PG admissions, with revised dates for registration, merit-based admissions, spot admissions, and the commencement of academic sessions.
The revised timeline for Undergraduate admissions is as follows:
