Assam University, Silchar has invited online applications for admission to its Integrated MBA (BBA+MBA) programme for the 2026–27 academic session. The admission process is being conducted through the university's online admission portal, and eligible candidates possessing a valid CUET UG 2026 score can submit their applications until 15 July 2026.

According to the official admission notification, the university will admit candidates under the CUET category based on merit, eligibility criteria, and interview performance. Admissions are being conducted for the on-campus Integrated MBA programme, with reservation applicable as per Government of India norms.

Admission Schedule

Candidates should note the following important dates:

• Online application begins: 8 July 2026
• Last date to apply: 15 July 2026
• Interaction/Interview: 16 July 2026
• Admission of selected candidates: 17–20 July 2026
• Spot admission (if seats remain vacant): 22 July 2026

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Integrated MBA programme must satisfy the following conditions:

• Passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary) in any stream with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Candidates belonging to reserved categories require a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Applicants must have studied at least one of the following subjects in Class 12:
  • Mathematics
  • Accountancy
  • Business Statistics
  • Business Economics
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • Physics
  • Computer Science
• Candidates applying through the CUET UG category must secure a minimum 50 percentile in CUET UG 2026. Relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Merit Preparation

The final selection of eligible candidates will be based on a composite merit score comprising:

• HSLC (Class 10) Academic Record: 30%
• Higher Secondary (Class 12) Academic Record: 30%
• Personal Interview (PI): 40%

Spot Admission Provision

The university has notified that if sufficient applications are not received under the CUET category, the remaining seats may be converted into the Non-CUET category and filled through spot admission on 22 July 2026, following the prescribed eligibility criteria.
