The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has commenced the UGEAC 2026 counselling registration process for candidates seeking admission to the 5-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) programme offered at Gaya College of Engineering, Gaya.

According to the official notification, candidates who have qualified JEE Main 2026 (Paper-II) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) or secured a valid NATA 2026 score are eligible to participate in the counselling process.

The online registration window is open from 1 July 2026 to 15 July 2026 (10:00 PM). Candidates must complete registration, submit the application form, and pay the prescribed counselling fee within the deadline to be considered for seat allotment.

Counselling to be Conducted Offline

BCECEB has informed candidates that the UGEAC 2026 counselling for the B.Arch. programme will be conducted in offline mode. After completing online registration, eligible candidates will be invited for counselling based on the merit list prepared by the Board.

The detailed counselling schedule will be announced separately after the publication of the merit list.

Counselling Fee

Candidates must pay the counselling fee online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

• General/EWS/BC/EBC: ?1,200
• SC/ST/PwD: ?600

The counselling fee is non-refundable.

• JEE Main 2026 Paper-II Score Card or NATA Score Card
• UGEAC 2026 Rank Card
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Residence Certificate
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card
• Passport-size photographs
• Printed UGEAC 2026 Application Form
