The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has released the allotment list for the NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round for MBBS and BDS courses. The notice, dated October 20, 2026, outlines the schedule for physical document scrutiny and admission at the allotted institutions.

According to the notification, candidates allotted seats must report to their designated institutions within the prescribed period. The scrutiny and admission process will be conducted in physical or offline mode from October 22 to October 24, 2026.

Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026: Scrutiny and Admission Schedule

The DME has announced the following schedule for candidates allotted seats in the stray vacancy round.

Candidates must complete document scrutiny and admission formalities within the respective deadlines. The reporting and admission process will take place in offline mode.

MBBS Candidates Must Report to Their Designated Institutions

Candidates allotted seats in government medical colleges and the government dental college must complete scrutiny and admission at their respective allotted institutions.

Candidates allotted seats in private medical colleges must report to the designated government institution assigned as the scrutiny centre for their college.

The notification lists the following designated centres for private medical college candidates:

Private medical colleges are required to arrange authorised officials and staff at the designated scrutiny centre to complete the admission process.

BDS Candidates Must Check Their Assigned Scrutiny Centre

Candidates allotted seats in private dental colleges must complete document scrutiny and admission formalities at the designated centres specified in the notification.

Candidates should confirm the applicable reporting centre and complete the admission process within the specified dates.

Physical Reporting Is Mandatory After Seat Allotment

The notification states that, under the relevant provisions of the Chhattisgarh Medical Undergraduate Admission Rules, 2025, allotted candidates must personally report to their allotted institution for document verification by the admission deadline mentioned in their allotment details.

Failure to appear for document scrutiny at the allotted institution or designated centre may result in the candidate being excluded from the counselling and admission process for the current academic session.

Candidates should review the applicable admission rules and carry the required original documents for verification.
