The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an important notice regarding the CTET September 2026 examination, informing candidates about the application correction facility. As per the public notice dated 12 June 2026, registered candidates will be able to make necessary changes to their application forms through the official website from 15 June 2026 to 18 June 2026.

Earlier, through the notification released on 08 May 2026, CBSE had announced the conduct of the 22nd edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). The Information Bulletin had also mentioned that applicants would be provided an opportunity to correct errors in their submitted application forms within a specified period.

According to the latest update, the online correction window will remain active from 15 June 2026 (Monday) to 18 June 2026 (Thursday) on the official CTET portal. During this period, candidates can edit their particulars and make changes to their selected course details, if required.

CBSE has clearly stated that no correction requests will be entertained after the closure of the correction window. Therefore, candidates are advised to carefully review all information entered in their application forms and complete the required modifications before the deadline.

Applicants appearing for CTET September 2026 should use this opportunity to rectify any mistakes to avoid complications during the examination and subsequent eligibility verification process.
