The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an official public notice regarding the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) September 2026 application correction facility. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms can make corrections to permitted details between 15 June 2026 and 18 June 2026 through the official CTET portal.

The correction facility is being provided as part of the 22nd edition of CTET, allowing applicants to rectify errors in their submitted application forms before the examination process moves to the next stage.

CTET 2026 Correction Window Schedule

According to the official notification, the online correction facility will be available as per the following schedule:

• Correction Window Opens: 15 June 2026
• Last Date for Corrections: 18 June 2026
• Mode of Correction: Online only through the official CTET website

Candidates must complete all necessary corrections within the prescribed period, as no further opportunity will be provided after the correction window closes.

Details That Can Be Corrected

During the correction period, registered candidates will be allowed to modify permitted particulars in their application form, including:

• Personal details (where permitted)
• Examination course/paper
• Other editable information available through the candidate login

Candidates should carefully review all information before submitting the corrected application.

No Corrections After June 18

CBSE has clearly stated that no correction requests will be accepted after 18 June 2026 under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore advised to utilise the correction facility within the given timeline to avoid any issues during the examination process.
