The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the CUET UG Result 2026 for admission to undergraduate programmes in Central Universities and participating institutions across India. Candidates who appeared for the Common University Entrance Test (UG) can now check and download their CUET UG Scorecard 2026 from the official portal using their application number and date of birth.
This year, 15,68,867 candidates registered for the examination, while 11,64,098 candidates appeared. The examination was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode between 11 May and 7 June 2026 across 321 cities, including 13 international locations.
According to NTA, the examination covered 37 subjects, including 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, and one General Aptitude Test. Candidates were allowed to choose up to five subjects. A total of 244 universities, including Central, State, Deemed, and Private Universities, are participating in the CUET UG 2026 admission process.
Among the top performers, one candidate secured a 100 percentile in four subjects, while 22 candidates achieved 100 percentile in three subjects, 180 candidates scored 100 percentile in two subjects, and 3,214 candidates secured a perfect percentile in one subject.
The highest aggregate NTA score in five subjects this year is 1232.19. NTA has clarified that it is responsible only for conducting the examination, preparing scorecards, and declaring results. The participating universities will prepare their own merit lists and conduct counselling based on the CUET UG 2026 scores.
