The Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) has officially published the Round 1 Seat Allotment for CUSAT CAT 2026 B.Tech admissions. Candidates who have received an allotment can now log in to the official admission portal to check their allotted programme and complete the admission process.

According to the university's allotment instructions, candidates must confirm their allotment, upload all required certificates, and pay the applicable admission fee online before the notified deadline. Failure to complete the fee payment within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the allotted seat as well as all remaining higher options.

Higher Options to Remain Active

Candidates who complete the admission fee payment on time will continue to be considered for their higher preferred options in future allotment rounds. However, all lower options will be cancelled automatically after accepting the allotted seat.

Candidates satisfied with their current allotment can cancel their higher options through the candidate login portal before the fee payment deadline. Otherwise, they may be upgraded to a higher preference in the subsequent allotment rounds if seats become available.
