Dibrugarh University has released the Second Admission Notice for admission to the MBA (Full-Time) Programme offered by the Centre for Management Studies (CMS) for the 2026–27 academic session. The notification invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission against unfilled reserved category seats.

According to the official notice dated 16 July 2026, the online application process has commenced and will remain open until 20 July 2026 (11:55 PM) through the university's admission portal.

MBA Admission 2026 Eligibility

Candidates applying for the MBA programme must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (except Music and Fine Arts) from a recognised Indian university.
• At least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
• A valid MAT, CAT, or CMAT score.

Candidates awaiting their final semester examination or results are also eligible to apply.

Selection Process

Admission to the MBA programme will be based on the following criteria:

• MAT/CAT/CMAT Score (Written Test): 45% Weightage
• Group Discussion (GD): 30% Weightage
• Personal Interview (PI): 25% Weightage

Only candidates meeting the required MAT/CAT/CMAT score cut-off will be invited for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on overall performance.

OBC-NCL and EWS Certificate Submission

The university has also informed that candidates belonging to the OBC-NCL or EWS category whose names currently appear in the Unreserved Waiting List due to the non-submission of valid certificates may submit their valid certificates by 20 July 2026.

Candidates must email their certificates to admissions@cmsdu.org before the deadline.

Eligible candidates can apply online by:

• Visiting the Dibrugarh University Admission Portal.
• Completing the online registration.
• Filling in the MBA application form.
• Uploading the required documents.
• Paying the application fee of ?950 through online payment modes.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
