How to Check Seat Allotment

Candidates should follow these steps to access their counselling account:

• Visit the official HPTU website.
• Open the online counselling portal.
• Log in using the allotted credentials.
• Check the seat allotment status displayed in the candidate dashboard.

If no seat has been allotted based on merit and selected choices, the portal will display an appropriate message in the candidate's login account.

Admission Fee After Seat Allotment

Candidates who receive a seat allotment must pay a non-refundable admission fee of INR3,000 through the online counselling portal.

After successful payment, candidates will be able to download their Provisional Admission Letter from their login dashboard.

Reporting to the Allotted Institute

After downloading the provisional admission letter, candidates must report to the allotted institution within three days of the counselling round to complete the admission process.

During reporting, candidates should carry the required original documents, including:

• Class 10 and Class 12 certificates
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Sub-category certificate (if applicable)
• Bonafide/Domicile certificate
• Other documents prescribed by the university

Failure to report within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
