The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) have officially declared the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2026 results and published the counselling schedule for undergraduate admissions. Candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can now download their scorecards and rank cards by logging into the official IISER admission portal using their application credentials.

Along with the results, IISER has announced that the online counselling registration will be conducted from 2 July 2026 (5:00 PM IST) to 9 July 2026 (5:00 PM IST). Only candidates who have secured a valid rank in IAT 2026 will be eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allocation process. The result and rank card will also remain available for download until 9 July 2026.

During the counselling process, candidates will be required to complete registration, fill their preferred institute and programme choices, upload the necessary documents, and participate in seat allotment as per the official schedule. Admissions will be offered based on the candidate's merit rank, category, seat availability, and preferences submitted during counselling.

The IISER Aptitude Test serves as the gateway for admission to undergraduate science programmes offered by various IISERs and participating institutions.
