IK Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) has officially announced the Round 3 seat allotment result for the 2026 undergraduate admission counselling. Candidates who participated in the third round of counselling can now check their allotment status through the official IKGPTU admission portal.

The Round 3 allotment has been released for B.Tech and other undergraduate programmes offered by participating colleges affiliated with the university.

Round 3 Seat Allotment Available

Candidates can log in to the official counselling portal using their registration credentials to:

• Check the Round 3 seat allotment result.
• Download the provisional allotment letter.
• Review the allotted institute and programme.
• Follow the admission instructions issued by the university.

Reporting Begins from July 24

Candidates who have been allotted seats must report to their respective institutes from 24 July 2026 to complete the admission formalities.

During reporting, candidates will be required to:

• Verify original documents.
• Submit the prescribed admission fee.
• Complete institute-level admission formalities.
• Confirm their allotted seat within the notified schedule.

Candidates Advised to Complete Admission on Time

Candidates are advised to carefully read the reporting instructions and complete all admission formalities within the prescribed timeline. Failure to report to the allotted institute may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat as per the counselling guidelines.
