The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Chandigarh has officially commenced the Round 2 counselling process by opening the choice filling and locking window for undergraduate engineering and architecture admissions. Candidates who are eligible for Round 2 can now log in to the official counselling portal and update their preferences for participating institutes.
According to the official counselling schedule, the Round 2 choice filling and locking facility will remain available from 15 July to 17 July 2026. Candidates seeking a better institute or programme, as well as those participating in Round 2 for the first time, should carefully review and submit their preferences before the deadline.

The Round 2 seat allotment result is scheduled to be announced on 18 July 2026. Seat allotment will be based on the candidate's JEE Main 2026 rank, category, submitted preferences, and seat availability across participating institutes.
Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 will subsequently have to complete online fee payment, submit their willingness for further rounds (if applicable), and follow the admission instructions issued by JAC Chandigarh.Click here
