The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has officially announced the Round 1 seat allotment result for B.E./B.Tech Engineering Admissions 2026. Candidates who participated in the first round of counselling can now check their allotment status by logging in to the official counselling portal using their credentials.

Candidates who have been allotted a seat must download their Provisional Seat Allotment Letter and complete the admission formalities within the prescribed schedule to confirm their allotted seat.Click here

Allotment Letter Download Schedule

According to the official counselling schedule:

• Round 1 Seat Allotment Result: Released
• Allotment Letter Download: 12 July to 17 July 2026
• Document Verification & Admission: 13 July to 17 July 2026

Reporting to the Allotted Institute

Candidates allotted seats are required to:

• Download the provisional seat allotment letter.
• Report to the allotted institute within the scheduled dates.
• Complete document verification.
• Finish the admission process as instructed by JCECEB.

Failure to report within the prescribed timeline may result in cancellation of the allotted seat as per the counselling rules.

Admission Based on JEE Main 2026 Merit

The engineering counselling process is being conducted on the basis of the State Merit List prepared using JEE Main 2026 scores. Seat allotment has been carried out considering:
