The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has officially uploaded the OMR answer sheet images (Board's Copy) and machine-recorded responses for candidates who appeared in the Joint Entrance for Computer Applications (JECA) 2026 examination.

Candidates can now log in to the official JECA 2026 candidate portal to view their OMR images, recorded responses, question booklet number, and OMR sheet number.

Response Challenge Window Open

Candidates who are not satisfied with the recorded responses may submit an online challenge through the official portal.

The last date to submit objections is 24 July 2026 (11:59 PM).

For every response challenged, candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of INR 500 through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Challenges will not be considered unless the payment is successfully completed.

Important Instructions for Candidates

WBJEEB has clarified the following response display format:

• Category-I Questions: Responses are displayed as A, B, C, or D.
• Category-II Questions: Responses are displayed as the combination of selected option(s).
• Unattempted Questions: Displayed as "-".
• Multiple Responses: Displayed as "*".

Candidates can also verify their Question Booklet Number and OMR Sheet Number displayed on the portal.

Discrepancies in OMR Details

If any candidate finds any discrepancy in the displayed Question Booklet Number or OMR Sheet Number, they must inform WBJEEB by sending an email to info@wbjeeb.in before 24 July 2026 (11:59 PM).

The Board has stated that no requests or challenges will be accepted after the deadline.

Final Result After Review

WBJEEB will examine all valid objections submitted within the prescribed period. The final scores and merit ranks will be prepared based on the responses finalized after review.The Board has also clarified that its decision on all challenges will be final, and no further appeals or correspondence will be entertained.Click here
