The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has announced the schedule and guidelines for JEECUP 2026 Polytechnic online counselling. Seat allotment will be based on merit rank, choice filling, reservation, and seat availability.

The counselling will be conducted entirely online. Candidates should keep their registered mobile number and email ID active, as all updates and allotment letters will be sent electronically and will also be available on the NIC Sandes App.

The process will be held in five rounds. Candidates allotted a seat must pay a 3,250 Seat Acceptance Fee (3,000 adjustable + 250 non-refundable) through online payment.

Candidates can fill unlimited institute and course choices. In the first two rounds, they can choose Freeze (accept the seat) or Float (participate for a higher preference). From the third round onwards, all allotted seats will be treated as Freeze.

Document verification at designated Help Centres in Uttar Pradesh is mandatory. Candidates must carry their Admit Card, Score Card, educational certificates, reservation certificates (if applicable), and other required documents. Failure to complete verification within the deadline will result in seat cancellation.Click here
