The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLUs) has released the official schedule for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2027, one of India's premier law entrance examinations for admission to Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) law programmes offered by participating National Law Universities (NLUs).

According to the official press release issued on 22 July 2026, the Executive Committee and Governing Body of the Consortium approved the examination schedule during their meeting held on 18 July 2026.

CLAT 2027 Exam Date Announced

The CLAT 2027 examination will be conducted on:

• Exam Date: Sunday, 6 December 2026
• Exam Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Candidates aspiring for admission to participating NLUs should begin their preparations according to the announced schedule.

Registration Starts from August 3
