The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced an extension of the UGNEET 2026 counselling registration deadline for candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other NEET UG-based professional courses in Karnataka.

According to the latest notification, eligible candidates can now complete their online registration until 30 July 2026, providing additional time for applicants who were unable to register within the earlier schedule.

NEET Roll Number Linking Facility to Be Available

KEA has also informed candidates that a NEET UG 2026 Roll Number Linking Facility will be provided for eligible applicants who have not yet linked their NEET details with the counselling portal.

The facility is expected to benefit candidates who have already appeared for NEET UG 2026 but could not complete the registration process due to pending roll number linking or related issues.

Admissions for Medical, Dental and AYUSH Courses

The UGNEET counselling process is being conducted for admission to various undergraduate professional programmes, including:

• MBBS
• BDS
• BAMS
• BHMS
• BUMS
• Other AYUSH Courses

Admissions will be carried out based on NEET UG 2026 merit, reservation rules, eligibility criteria, and counselling preferences.

Candidates Advised to Complete Registration Before Deadline

KEA has advised all eligible candidates to:

• Complete the online registration before 30 July 2026.
• Use the NEET roll number linking facility if required.
• Verify all personal and academic details carefully.
• Regularly visit the official KEA portal for counselling schedules, document verification, option entry, and seat allotment updates.

Candidates who fail to complete registration within the extended deadline may not be considered for the counselling process.Click here
