The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has officially released the KEAM 2026 Provisional Category List for candidates seeking admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses in the state. The provisional list is now available on the official CEE Kerala portal for all eligible applicants who submitted valid category and community documents within the prescribed deadline.

Candidates can access the list by logging into the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal and selecting the 'Category List Provisional' option. The list includes candidates whose reservation and community claims have been provisionally accepted based on the documents submitted during the application process.

Objection Window Open Till July 2

Candidates who find any discrepancy in their category status can submit their objections via email to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on or before 2 July 2026 (11:59 PM). While submitting complaints, candidates must mention their KEAM application number and name. The authorities have clarified that copies of certificates or supporting documents should not be attached with the email, and no fresh category claims will be accepted at this stage.

PwD Category List to Be Released Separately

CEE Kerala has informed candidates that the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category list will be published separately at a later date after the verification process is completed.

Important Instructions for Candidates

The notification also reiterates that only candidates belonging to the Keralite category are eligible for communal reservation, special reservation, and fee concessions under the KEAM admission process.

Candidates whose category claims are currently marked as withheld due to defects in the nativity certificate should rectify the issues through the candidate portal before the publication of the final category list. However, the authorities have clarified that cancelled claims will not be restored.

Applicants are advised to regularly monitor the official CEE Kerala website for further updates regarding the final category list, centralised allotment process (CAP), and subsequent admission schedules.Click here
