The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has commenced the online Mop-Up Counselling for allotment to PG Pharmacy (M.Pharm) courses 2026.

According to the notification dated September 26, 2026, all eligible candidates included in the M.Pharm 2026 State Rank List can register their options for the Mop-Up phase, irrespective of their current admission status.

Online option registration is mandatory for candidates who want to be considered for the Mop-Up allotment.

M.Pharm Mop-Up Option Registration

Eligible candidates need to log in to their M.Pharm-2026 Candidate Portal through the official CEE Kerala website and access the option registration facility by clicking on the “Option Registration” link.

Candidates can register their options from September 26, 2026, to September 28, 2026, up to 1:00 PM.

Importantly, options registered during previous allotment phases will not be considered for the Mop-Up phase. Candidates must therefore register their options afresh for consideration in this round.

The options submitted by candidates will be considered for seat allotment according to the provisions specified under Clause 12 of the M.Pharm 2026 Prospectus.

Candidates should visit the official CEE Kerala website and log in to the M.Pharm-2026 Candidate Portal to complete their fresh option registration within the prescribed deadline.

Kerala M.Pharm Mop-Up Allotment 2026: Important Dates

Provisional and Final Allotment

Based on the options received up to September 28, 2026, 1:00 PM, CEE Kerala will publish the provisional allotment on September 29, 2026 on its official website.

The final allotment is scheduled to be published on September 30, 2026.

Candidates who receive an allotment in the Mop-Up phase will have to take a printout of their allotment memo and complete the required fee payment and admission process at the allotted college within the prescribed schedule.

Fee Payment and Joining Schedule

Candidates allotted a course or college must remit the fee mentioned in the allotment slip at the allotted college and take admission according to the schedule prescribed by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

The fee payment and joining period will be from October 1 to October 5, 2026, with the deadline being 4:00 PM on October 5, 2026.

Candidates who fail to remit the prescribed fee or complete admission within the stipulated time will lose their allotment.

Candidates Exempted From Fee Payment

According to the notification, candidates allotted under the following categories need not remit fees:

• SC/ST/OEC category
• Candidates eligible for benefits under G.O. (MS) 25/2005/SCSTDD dated June 20, 2005
• Candidates eligible under G.O. (MS) 10/2014/BCDD dated May 23, 2014
• Candidates from Sree Chitra Home
• Candidates from Juvenile Home
• Candidates from Nirbhaya Home

Newly Added Pharmacy College

CEE Kerala has also included a newly added pharmacy college in the M.Pharm allotment process.

What M.Pharm Candidates Should Do Now

Eligible candidates included in the M.Pharm 2026 State Rank List should complete fresh option registration through the CEE Kerala Candidate Portal before September 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

Candidates should carefully select and register their options because options submitted during previous phases will not be carried forward for the Mop-Up allotment.

Candidates receiving an allotment must download the allotment memo, pay the prescribed fee at the allotted college and complete joining formalities within the specified deadline.
