Kerala University has officially released the UG First Allotment 2026 for undergraduate admissions. Candidates who applied for admission can now log in to the university admission portal using their application number and password to check their allotment status.

According to the university notification, college admissions will be conducted from 18 June to 22 June 2026. However, candidates allotted seats at Government Women's College, Vazhuthacaud, are advised to contact the college authorities regarding admission dates, as the UPSC examination will be conducted at the campus on 19, 20, and 21 June 2026.

Candidates who receive an allotment must first pay the University Admission Fee online through the "Click Here for Payment" option available in their admission profile. After successful payment, candidates can download the allotment memo, which contains important details such as the allotted college, course, category, and reporting date.

The university has informed candidates that they must report to the allotted college on the date mentioned in the allotment memo. Those unable to report on the scheduled date should immediately contact the respective college principal.

Candidates have the option to choose either Temporary Admission or Permanent Admission during the first allotment. Students opting for temporary admission are required to submit the university fee payment receipt along with their original certificates. No additional college fee is required at this stage, although original documents, including the Transfer Certificate (TC), must be submitted.

Students who are satisfied with their allotted seat may complete Permanent Admission by submitting all required documents and paying the applicable fees at the allotted college.

The university has also clarified that candidates who fail to pay the university admission fee or do not complete temporary/permanent admission within the prescribed timeline will lose their allotted seat and will not be considered in the second allotment. Therefore, even candidates wishing to participate in future allotment rounds must complete the admission formalities after receiving their current allotment.

Additionally, candidates satisfied with their allotted seat must remove higher options by 23 June 2026 (4:00 PM). If higher options are retained and a higher preference is allotted in the second round, the previously allotted seat will be cancelled automatically, and candidates must accept the new allotment.

The university has also made it mandatory for all admitted students to possess an APAAR ID. Candidates who do not already have an APAAR ID should generate one through the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) portal before completing admission.
