The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has issued an important notification regarding the Engineering CAP 2026 admission process. The authority has informed candidates that the technical issue affecting the JEE Main percentile fetch through DigiLocker has now been resolved.
According to the CET Cell, the problem occurred due to mismatches between candidates' names on their JEE Main scorecards and the details available in DigiLocker, preventing the automatic retrieval of JEE Main percentile scores during the online CAP registration process.
After coordination with the National Testing Agency (NTA), the CET Cell has successfully resolved the technical issue. Candidates who were previously unable to fetch their JEE Main 2026 percentile can now log in to the CAP portal and complete the score-fetching process.
Applicants are advised to verify that their JEE Main percentile has been successfully updated before submitting or confirming their application.
The CET Cell has also provided an opportunity for candidates who had already completed their CAP application without including their JEE Main percentile.
After unlocking, candidates can fetch their JEE Main percentile and update the application before resubmitting it.
The CET Cell has advised all eligible candidates to complete the application correction and JEE Main score update process within the prescribed deadline. Candidates who fail to complete the required process within the stipulated time may not be included in the final merit list for Engineering CAP 2026 admissions.Click here
