The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has officially released the MBA/MMS Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026 schedule for admission to first-year full-time MBA and MMS programmes in Government, Government-aided, University-managed, and private institutes across the state.
As per the official notification, the online registration process begins on 2 July 2026 and will continue till 12 July 2026 (5:00 PM). Candidates can complete registration, upload required documents, and submit their application through the official Maharashtra CET admission portal.

The CET Cell has clarified that the admission schedule is provisional and may be revised if required.
This year, candidates can choose either E-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny during the application process.
Under E-Scrutiny, applicants can upload documents online, and designated verification centres will verify the application digitally without requiring candidates to visit a facilitation centre.
Candidates opting for Physical Scrutiny must visit the selected Scrutiny Centre (SC) or Facilitation Centre (FC) along with original documents for verification and application confirmation.

Candidates under the All India category can also apply using valid scores obtained in CAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT, GMAT, or MAH MBA/MMS CET 2026, subject to eligibility conditions.
Candidates who appeared for MAH MBA/MMS CET 2026 are not required to pay any additional registration fee for CAP.
Applicants applying through CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA or GMAT scores who did not register for MAH MBA/MMS CET 2026 must pay:
The CET Cell has advised candidates to carefully complete the application form, upload all required documents correctly, and resolve any discrepancies during document verification. Candidates failing to complete application confirmation within the prescribed timeline will not be included in the CAP merit list.
