Manipur University has officially extended the online application deadline for admission to its Two-Year Postgraduate Programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. As per the latest admission notice issued on 17 July 2026, eligible candidates can now submit their online applications until 24 July 2026 (11:59 PM) through the university's official admission portal.

The extension applies to admissions in a wide range of postgraduate programmes, including MA, MSc, MBA, MBA (Banking & Finance), MCom, MCA, MFA, LLM, MLIS, MPEd, M.Voc., B.Ed., and other PG courses offered by various departments of the university.

Admission Through CUET PG 2026

Manipur University has clarified that admission to all PG programmes will be based on CUET PG 2026 scores. Candidates must have appeared in the relevant CUET PG 2026 paper and satisfy the programme-specific eligibility criteria prescribed in the e-Prospectus 2026-27.

The university will prepare the merit list based on:

• CUET PG 2026 score
• Programme-specific eligibility
• University admission rules

Candidates applying under supernumerary quota are also required to appear in CUET PG 2026 and complete online registration.

Registration Fee

Applicants are required to pay the online registration fee as follows:

• INR 300 – UR, OBC and EWS candidates
• INR 200 – SC, ST and PwD candidates

For MBA programmes, the application fee is:

• INR 800 – UR, OBC and EWS candidates
• INR 500 – SC, ST and PwD candidates

The fee can be paid through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.

One-Year PG Programmes from 2026-27

The university has also announced that One-Year Postgraduate Programmes will be introduced from the 2026-27 academic session. A separate admission notification and eligibility criteria for these programmes will be released later.
