The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has officially released the M.Sc. Hospitality Administration (HA) Counselling Schedule 2026 for admission to participating institutes across the country.

As per the schedule, the NCHMCT M.Sc. HA 2026 result will be declared on 08 June 2026. Following the result announcement, Round 1 registration and choice filling will take place from 10 June to 12 June 2026. Candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable counselling registration fee of ?2,000 to participate in the seat allotment process.

The first round seat allotment result will be published on 14 June 2026 after seat processing on 13 June. Candidates allotted seats must complete document uploading, verification, and payment of the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) of ?20,000 between 15 June and 16 June 2026. During the same period, candidates will also have the option to withdraw their seats online if they choose not to continue.

After vacancy calculations, the vacant seats after Round 1 will be announced on 18 June 2026. The Spot Round registration for new candidates and choice filling for existing candidates seeking upgradation will be conducted from 19 June to 20 June 2026. Candidates participating in the Spot Round must also pay the ?20,000 counselling fee, if applicable.

The final round seat allotment result is scheduled to be released on 22 June 2026, while document verification for the allotted candidates will be conducted from 23 June to 24 June 2026.

NCHMCT has stated that the dates for physical reporting at the allotted Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) will be communicated separately, and the academic session is tentatively expected to commence in the first week of August 2026.
