The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially commenced the NEET PG 2026 application process for admission to postgraduate medical courses across India. According to the official notification, candidates can submit their online application forms from 1 July 2026 (5:00 PM) until 21 July 2026 (11:55 PM) through the official NBEMS portal.Click here

The NEET PG 2026 examination will be conducted on 30 August 2026 in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at examination centres across the country. Candidates are advised to read the Information Bulletin carefully before submitting their applications.

NEET PG 2026 Important Dates

NBEMS has announced the complete examination schedule for NEET PG 2026:

• Information Bulletin Available: 1 July 2026 (from 4:00 PM)
• Online Application Starts: 1 July 2026 (from 5:00 PM)
• Last Date to Apply: 21 July 2026 (11:55 PM)
• Test City Intimation: 11 August 2026
• NEET PG 2026 Exam Date: 30 August 2026
• Result Declaration: By 30 September 2026

Test Centre Allotment Not Based on Early Registration

NBEMS has clarified that test city and examination centre allotment will not be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting the application early does not provide any advantage in securing a preferred test city or examination centre. Candidates should complete the application accurately before the deadline instead of rushing to apply.

Candidates Advised to Apply Before Deadline

Candidates are encouraged to complete the registration process well before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
