The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the bank details correction window for candidates eligible for the NEET UG 2026 examination fee refund for the cancelled 3 May 2026 exam. This is the final opportunity to confirm, update, or correct bank account details before refunds are processed.
According to the public notice dated 25 June 2026, nearly 20 lakh candidates appeared in the NEET UG 2026 re-examination held on 21 June, and the agency is currently finalising the results, which will be announced soon.
NTA said the correction window has been reopened after receiving requests from candidates who entered incorrect bank account or IFSC details, could not update their information earlier, or had selected the "No Refund" option but now wish to receive the refund.
Candidates can log in to the official NEET portal to confirm existing bank details, update their account number or IFSC code, or change their earlier "No Refund" choice. The refund will be credited directly to the verified bank account submitted by the candidate.Cick here
NTA has advised candidates to verify all details carefully before submission and regularly check the official NEET website for updates on the result declaration and refund process.
