The National Testing Agency (NTA) has uploaded the scanned images of OMR answer sheets and recorded responses for candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination, which was conducted on 21 June 2026.

Candidates can now log in to the official NEET UG 2026 portal using their application credentials to view their scanned OMR sheets and recorded responses. NTA has also sent the scanned OMR answer sheet to candidates' registered email addresses to facilitate easy access.

Recorded Response Challenge Facility Open

NTA has opened the Recorded Response Challenge facility for candidates who wish to contest the responses recorded during the examination.

The challenge window is available as per the following schedule:

Candidates must submit their objections online through the official NEET website.

Challenge Fee

Candidates are required to pay:

• INR 200 per recorded response challenged
• The processing fee is non-refundable

Payment can be made online through:

• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Net Banking

No challenge will be accepted without successful payment of the prescribed processing fee.

Two-Factor Authentication Introduced

To strengthen data security and protect candidate information, NTA has implemented a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system.

Before accessing their OMR sheets and recorded responses, candidates must verify their identity using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number and email address.

Answer Key Challenge Already Closed

NTA has clarified that the Answer Key Challenge process has already concluded. Candidates can now challenge only the recorded responses, and no objections against the answer key will be accepted.
