North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, has officially started the admission process for a wide range of Postgraduate (PG) programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. Eligible candidates can now apply online for MA, MSc, MBA, M.Ed., LL.M., M.Com., M.Lib.I.Sc., MSW, PG Diploma, and other master's programmes offered at the Shillong and Tura campuses.
According to the official admission notification, the last date to submit the online application form is 6 July 2026. Students who have completed or are appearing in their final-year graduation examinations are also eligible to apply, subject to fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria.
NEHU has clarified that all applicants seeking admission to Master's degree programmes must possess a valid CUET PG 2026 score. However, MBA programmes also accept valid MAT scores, while applicants for certain PG Diploma programmes can apply through the university's non-CUET admission portal.
