Candidates participating in the NIMCET 2026 counselling process have an important deadline today. Those who have been allotted seats in Round 2 must complete the online reporting process, upload all required documents, and pay the prescribed partial admission fee by 5:00 PM to confirm their allotted seat.
The National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) 2026 counselling is being conducted for admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programmes offered by participating National Institutes of Technology (NITs).
Candidates who received a seat in the Round 2 allotment are required to complete the following formalities before the deadline:
Failure to complete these steps within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the allotted seat, and candidates may lose their opportunity to participate further as per the counselling rules.
Following the completion of the Round 2 reporting process, the counselling authority will publish the Round 3 seat allotment result on 16 July 2026. Candidates seeking an upgraded seat or participating in subsequent rounds should regularly monitor the official counselling portal for updates and further instructions.
Candidates should ensure that all uploaded documents are correct and clearly visible before final submission. They are also advised to retain copies of the payment receipt, reporting confirmation, and other counselling documents for future reference during admission.Click here
