According to the official notification, candidate registration and choice filling will commence on 18 June 2026 at 5:00 PM. Applicants are advised to carefully read the counselling brochure and understand all guidelines before submitting their preferences. The OJEE authorities have emphasized that candidates should remain updated with all official notices and ensure that they follow the counselling rules correctly to avoid any issues during the admission process.
As per the counselling schedule, Mock Seat Allotment-1 will be displayed on 27 June 2026, allowing candidates to assess their chances of admission based on the choices submitted. The choice locking facility will be activated on 28 June 2026, while the final deadline for locking choices is 29 June 2026 at 4:00 PM. Following data verification and seat validation, the Round 1 seat allotment result will be announced on 2 July 2026.
Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 will be required to complete online reporting, document upload, fee payment, and selection of Freeze or Float options within the specified period. The counselling process will continue with the Round 2 allotment result scheduled for 15 July 2026, followed by the final Round 3 allotment on 30 July 2026.
The OJEE Committee has also provided a special registration opportunity for candidates who qualify through 2nd OJEE/Special OJEE B.Tech ranks and for JEE Main rank holders who did not register earlier.
