The Telangana Council of Higher Education has officially released the TGEAPCET 2026 Counselling Notification for admission into B.E., B.Tech and B.Pharmacy programmes. The notification outlines the complete counselling process, including certificate verification, web option entry, mock allotment, seat allotment, fee payment and college reporting for eligible candidates.

As per the notification, candidates must attend certificate verification with all original documents, including the TGEAPCET 2026 Rank Card, Hall Ticket, Aadhaar Card, qualifying examination marksheets, study certificates, transfer certificate, income certificate, caste certificate, and other applicable reservation documents. Candidate presence is mandatory during the scheduled verification slot.

The counselling process also includes special category certificate verification for PHC, CAP, NCC, Sports and Anglo-Indian candidates, which will be conducted on designated dates at the Government Polytechnic, Masab Tank, Hyderabad. Authorities have clarified that special category verification will be conducted only during the first phase of counselling.

Following certificate verification, candidates will receive their Login ID on their registered mobile number to participate in the web option entry process. Candidates can exercise and modify their options multiple times within the prescribed schedule before locking their final preferences. A mock seat allotment will be published before the first phase allotment to help candidates revise their choices if required.

The first phase of provisional seat allotment will be released on or before 10 July 2026. Candidates allotted seats must pay the prescribed tuition fee online, complete self-reporting through the counselling portal, and subsequently report to the allotted college as instructed. Failure to complete fee payment or reporting within the stipulated timeline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

The notification further confirms that the second phase, final phase, internal sliding, and spot admissions will be conducted according to the published counselling schedule. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official TGEAPCET counselling portal for updates regarding option entry, allotments, reporting dates, and admission guidelines.
