Tripura University has officially released the counselling schedule for admission to Postgraduate (PG) and PG Diploma programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. The admission process will be conducted through CUET PG 2026 scores.

Candidates whose names appear in the Tripura University merit list must report to their respective departments for counselling and original document verification on the scheduled dates. The university will publish the merit list on its official website before the counselling begins.

Tripura University PG Counselling Dates 2026

The counselling process will be conducted from 25 June to 14 July 2026.

Some major counselling dates include:

• 25 June 2026: M.Tech programmes
• 26 June 2026: MCA, M.Pharm and LLM
• 29 June 2026: MFA and MA Music programmes
• 1 July 2026: M.P.Ed. Skill Test and Counselling
• 8 July 2026: MBA, M.Sc. Botany, Zoology and other Science programmes
• 9 July 2026: MA Bengali, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Kokborok and Linguistics
• 10 July 2026: MA History, Political Science, Economics, Education, Tourism Administration, Library Science and PG Diploma programmes
• 13 July 2026: M.Sc. Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Forestry, Geography and M.Com
• 14 July 2026: MA Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Rural Studies, Liberal Arts and B.Ed.

Candidates must report 30 minutes before the scheduled counselling session.

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates should carry the following original documents:

• CUET PG 2026 Score Card
• Tripura University CUET PG Application Form
• Class 10 Certificate (Date of Birth proof)
• Marksheets and certificates of qualifying examinations
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Migration Certificate (if required)
• Passport-size photographs
• Government-issued Photo ID (preferably Aadhaar)
• Any additional documents mentioned in the Admission Prospectus 2026-27

Admission will remain provisional until all eligibility conditions and original documents are successfully verified.
