The counselling schedule has been issued in continuation of the timetable announced by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi. UP NEET PG Counselling 2026: Important Dates

Candidates can refer to the following schedule for the first round of Uttar Pradesh NEET PG counselling.

Candidates should note that the registration deadline and the deadline for depositing the registration and security fees are different. Registration must be completed by 11:00 AM on October 26, while the fee payment window remains open until 2:00 PM on the same day.

UP NEET PG 2026 Registration Process

Candidates intending to participate in the first round of state quota counselling must complete online registration through the official UP NEET PG counselling portal. The registration window will open on October 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM and close on October 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Candidates must also deposit the prescribed registration fee and security fee within the separate payment window ending at 2:00 PM on October 26. Applicants should carefully follow the instructions published on the official portal and complete all required steps before the respective deadlines.

The notification does not specify the fee amounts. Candidates should refer to the official counselling website for the applicable payment details and further instructions.

Merit List and Choice Filling

DGME Uttar Pradesh will declare the merit list for Round 1 on October 26, 2026. Following the merit list announcement, online choice filling will begin at 5:00 PM on the same day.

The choice filling window will remain open until October 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Candidates should review the available colleges and courses and submit their preferences through the official portal within this period.

Applicants should ensure that their choices are entered and submitted correctly before the deadline. They should also monitor the official website for any additional instructions concerning the choice filling process.

UP NEET PG Round 1 Seat Allotment Result

The Round 1 seat allotment result is scheduled to be declared on November 2, 2026. Candidates will be able to check their allotment status through the official counselling portal once the result is published.

Candidates who are allotted seats should download their allotment letters and complete the admission process within the prescribed dates. The admission window is scheduled for November 3 to November 7 and November 12 to November 13, 2026.

Candidates should follow the instructions provided by DGME and their allotted institutions regarding document verification, eligibility confirmation and admission formalities.
