Vellore Institute of Technology has officially extended the VITEEE 2026 application deadline to 12 April 2026 due to high demand from aspiring candidates.

Students seeking admission to B.Tech programmes across all VIT campuses can now complete their application process online through the official website. The VITEEE 2026 entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted from 28 April to 03 May 2026 in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

As per the expected schedule, the slot booking process is likely to begin around 15 April 2026, allowing candidates to select their preferred exam date and time. The application process includes registration, filling out personal and academic details, uploading required documents, and payment of the application fee.

To be eligible, candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in Class 12 (50% for SC/ST and North Eastern state candidates). Applicants should also note that the application fee is non-refundable.
