Atal Medical & Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh, has released the Final Merit List for the 3rd Round of MBBS/BDS Counselling 2026. The university issued the official notice on October 1, 2026, under Notice No. AMRU/COE-Admission-120/2026-27 (MBBS/BDS)-6020.

According to the notice, the Final Merit List for the third round of MBBS/BDS counselling is now available. The merit list has been system generated and prepared based on the data available in the university's counselling system.

Candidates who are claiming benefits under any reserved category or quota have been advised to ensure that all certificates and documents submitted by them are valid, updated and prepared in the prescribed format specified in the counselling Prospectus.

The university has instructed candidates to update or obtain their certificates and documents in the prescribed format, wherever required, before the commencement of the admission process. If any certificate is found to be invalid, outdated, discrepant or not submitted in the prescribed format, the candidate will not be entitled to claim the benefit of the concerned reserved category or quota.

AMRU HP has further clarified that the provisional allotment of a seat will not by itself confer any right of admission. The final eligibility and category claim of a candidate will remain subject to verification and approval by the Admission Committee of the concerned institute.

Candidates have also been advised not to approach the allotted college or institute before the declaration of the Final Seat Allotment. After the Final Seat Allotment is declared, candidates should download the Provisional Allotment Letter from their candidate login and then approach the allotted college/institute for further admission formalities.

The university has specifically stated that admission will not be considered without seat allocation through AMRU. Therefore, candidates should wait for the official seat allotment and ensure that they have downloaded the required allotment letter before reporting to the institute.

The notice has been issued by the Controller of Examinations-cum-Member Secretary, Common Centralized and Prospectus Review Committee (MBBS/BDS), AMRU, Himachal Pradesh.

Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official AMRU HP website for updates regarding Final Seat Allotment, provisional allotment letters and further admission instructions.
