Atal Medical and Research University (AMRUHP), Himachal Pradesh, has published the provisional seat allocation list for the third round of BAMS and BHMS counselling for the 2026-27 academic session.

According to the notice dated October 31, 2026, candidates who find any discrepancy in the merit list or seat allocation must inform the university by email. The deadline to submit discrepancies is 11:00 AM on November 1, 2026.

Candidates should note that the current allocation is provisional and may be revised before the final seat allotment is announced.

Candidates must submit any objections or discrepancies within the deadline specified by the university.

Provisional Allotment Does Not Guarantee Admission

AMRUHP has clarified that the provisional seat allocation is indicative and subject to change. Candidates cannot claim a right to an allotted seat solely on the basis of the provisional list. The provisional allocation also cannot be challenged before a court of law, as stated in the notice.

Candidates are advised to wait for the final seat allotment before approaching their allotted college or institute.

Important Instructions for Reserved Category Candidates

Candidates claiming admission benefits under any reserved category or quota must ensure that their certificates and supporting documents are valid, updated and prepared in the format prescribed in the prospectus.

If a certificate is outdated, invalid, submitted in an incorrect format or not submitted, the candidate may not be eligible to claim the benefit of the respective category or quota.

The final eligibility and category claim will be subject to verification and approval by the Admission Committee of the concerned institute. A provisional seat allotment does not establish a candidate's right to admission.

What Should Candidates Do After Final Seat Allotment?

Candidates must approach the allotted college or institute only after the university declares the final seat allotment. They must also download the provisional allotment letter through their candidate login before reporting to the institute.

AMRUHP has further clarified that admission will not be considered without seat allocation by the university. Candidates should regularly check the official website for the final allotment and further admission instructions.
