According to the notice dated November 6, 2026, candidates can complete their registration and fee payment until November 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

CENTAC has clarified that no further extension will be provided. Eligible candidates seeking admission to unfilled MBBS and BDS seats must complete the required steps within the revised deadline.

Fresh Applications for MBBS and BDS Admissions

CENTAC is accepting fresh online applications from UG NEET-qualified candidates for admission to vacant MBBS and BDS seats. The application window, which opened on November 2, 2026, will remain open until November 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

After submitting the application, candidates must also complete the following steps for participation in the Special Stray Round:

• Submit their willingness to participate.

• Provide course preferences.

• Pay the applicable Special Stray Round fee.

Candidates should ensure that all required steps are completed before the deadline.

Instructions for Existing CENTAC Applicants

Candidates who have already applied to CENTAC under the Government Quota but now wish to opt for the Management Quota can update their application through the login dashboard.

Such candidates must pay the balance application fee to complete the update. CENTAC has clarified that fresh applicants will be considered for seat allotment only after the existing merit list has been exhausted.

Therefore, fresh applicants should note that their consideration for allotment will depend on the availability of seats after candidates on the existing merit list have been considered.
