Atal Medical & Research University (AMRUHP), Himachal Pradesh, has published the provisional seat allocation list for the B.Sc. Nursing Mop-Up Round Counselling 2026. The university issued the notice on 4 November 2026.

Candidates are advised to check their provisional allocation details carefully. Any discrepancy related to the merit list or seat allocation must be reported to the university through email by the prescribed deadline.

Deadline to Report Discrepancies

Candidates who find any errors or discrepancies in their merit or provisional seat allocation can submit their concerns through the following email address:

• Deadline: 11:00 AM

Candidates should report discrepancies within the specified time. The university has not mentioned any alternative mode for submitting these concerns in the notice.

Provisional Seat Allocation Is Not Final

AMRUHP has clarified that the provisional seat allocation is indicative and may change. Candidates cannot claim any right over a seat based solely on the provisional merit or allocation list. The provisional allocation also cannot be challenged before a court of law, as stated in the notice.

The final seat allocation will determine the candidates' allotment status.

Important Instructions Regarding Reserved Categories

Candidates claiming benefits under any reserved category or quota must ensure that their certificates and supporting documents are valid, updated and prepared in the format prescribed in the prospectus.

Candidates should update or obtain the required documents before the admission process begins. If a certificate is invalid, outdated, submitted in an incorrect format or not submitted, the candidate will not be entitled to the benefit of the respective category or quota.

The final eligibility and category claims will be verified and approved by the Admission Committee of the concerned institute. A provisional seat allotment does not guarantee admission.

Admission Only Against Official AMRU Seat Allotment

The university has instructed candidates not to approach their allotted colleges or institutes until the final seat allocation is declared.

Candidates should visit the allotted institute only after downloading the provisional allotment letter through their candidate login following the declaration of the final seat allotment.

AMRUHP has also clarified that admission will be considered valid only if the seat has been officially allotted by Atal Medical & Research University. Any admission taken without an official AMRU seat allotment will not be recognised or considered valid by the university.
