The Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS), Vijayawada has issued a notice regarding the extension of the Free Exit facility for Phase-I MBBS admissions under Management Quota seats for the academic year 2026-27.

According to the notice dated October 1, 2026, the last date for Free Exit from a reported MBBS seat/college under Phase-I Management Quota has been extended to 11:00 AM on October 3, 2026.

AP NEET UG MBBS Management Quota Free Exit Deadline Extended

The extension applies to candidates who have reported to an MBBS seat or college allotted under Phase-I Management Quota.

Candidates admitted under Management Quota B1/B2 can now exercise the Free Exit facility up to:

October 3, 2026, 11:00 AM

The university has also clarified that the same deadline applies to candidates admitted under Category-C (NRI) Management Quota.

Category-Wise Free Exit Deadline

B1/B2 Management Quota Candidates

Candidates who have reported to an MBBS seat/college under Phase-I Management Quota B1/B2 can exercise the Free Exit facility within the extended timeline.

The revised deadline is 11:00 AM on October 3, 2026.

Candidates intending to exercise Free Exit should complete the applicable process within the prescribed deadline.

Category-C NRI Candidates Also Covered

The notice separately confirms that candidates admitted under Management Quota Category-C (NRI) are also eligible to exercise Free Exit until:

October 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM

Candidates under this category should follow the applicable university counselling instructions for completing the Free Exit process.

Candidates who wish to exercise Free Exit from their Phase-I MBBS Management Quota seat should:

1. Check their Phase-I MBBS allotment and reporting status.
2. Confirm whether their admission falls under B1/B2 or Category-C (NRI).
3. Follow the prescribed Free Exit procedure issued by Dr. NTRUHS.
4. Complete the process before 11:00 AM on October 3, 2026.
