The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has extended the Round 3 online counselling schedule for Post Graduate Dental Admission Counselling (PGDAC) 2026. The counselling process is being conducted for admission to Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses in government and private dental colleges across Bihar.

As per the notice dated November 1, 2026, the extension has been announced due to technical reasons and in the interest of candidates. Eligible NEET MDS 2026 qualified candidates can complete the registration, application submission, choice-filling and consent-related activities within the revised deadlines.

Important Instructions for NEET MDS 2026 Candidates

Candidates who have not registered for Bihar PGDAC 2026 Round 3 must complete online registration by November 4, 2026, at 10:00 PM.

Registered candidates must submit their application-cum-choice-filling forms and complete the required payment by November 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The board has also allowed candidates to edit application form details and choices within the specified deadline.

Candidates who submitted their application forms earlier must provide their consent for Round 3 and complete the applicable payment and permitted counselling activities by November 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

The rank card will be published on November 10, 2026. Candidates must complete choice filling, editing and locking by 11:59 PM on the same day.

The provisional seat allotment result is scheduled for November 12, 2026. Candidates who receive an allotment must download their provisional allotment orders and complete document verification and admission within the revised schedule.

MDS Admission Through Bihar PGDAC 2026

Bihar PGDAC 2026 is conducted for admission to MDS courses in government and private dental colleges across the state. Candidates must qualify for NEET MDS 2026 and meet the applicable eligibility conditions to participate in the counselling process.
