The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released a new public notice (Adv. No. BCECEB[UGMAC]-2025/18) announcing the addition of 50 seats each in the Private Medical Colleges KMC, Katihar and RDJMMC, Turkey, Muzaffarpur, along with 50 new seats at Virat Ramayan Institute of Medical Science, Chakia, East Champaran.

The updated seat matrix has already been uploaded on the official website — bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

Key Updates:

• Candidates of UGMAC-2025 can now fill or modify their choices based on the newly updated seat matrix.

• As per previous notice (Adv. No. BCECEB[UGMAC]-2025/14 dated 03.10.2025), candidates allotted a seat through Round 3 of All India Quota (AIQ) Counselling by MCC are not eligible for Bihar’s Round 3 Counselling.

• However, following a Court Order and directions from DGME, MCC (New Delhi), candidates who participated and were allotted a seat in AIQ Round 3 but did not join the seat are now eligible to participate in Bihar’s Round 3 Counselling, and vice versa.

• All other terms and conditions of the previous notice (dated 03.10.2025) remain unchanged.
