The original certificates will be verified at the college. If any discrepancy is found during verification, the provisional allotment may be cancelled and action will be taken according to University regulations.

What Happens If a Candidate Is Not Allotted a Seat?

Candidates who do not receive a seat in Phase-I will be considered for available vacancies in Phase-II counselling with fresh options.

Candidates who receive a Phase-I allotment but do not report at the allotted college will also be permitted to participate in Phase-II with fresh options, provided they cannot claim or opt for their earlier Phase-I allotted seat again during Phase-II.

If a Phase-I joined candidate is shifted to another college during Phase-II, the original certificates will be sent by the previous college to the newly allotted college after closure of admissions. The candidate must report to the newly allotted college with the downloaded allotment order and Custodian Certificate issued by the previous college under Dr. NTR UHS and pay the tuition fee.

Candidates upgraded during Phase-II will have no claim over their previous Phase-I allotment, as the vacancy created through upgradation will be filled during Phase-II according to merit and applicable reservation rules.
