Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS), Vijayawada, has issued a notification inviting fresh online applications for the final Mop-up Round counselling for admission to the B.Sc Nursing 4-year degree course for the academic year 2026-27.

The counselling will be conducted for vacant Competent Authority Quota seats in government and private unaided minority and non-minority nursing colleges affiliated with the university.

As per G.O.RT.No. 931, issued by the Andhra Pradesh Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department on 28 October 2026, eligible AP EAPCET 2026 qualified candidates have been permitted to participate in the final Mop-up Round, along with candidates who appeared in NEET UG 2026.

Who Can Apply for the Final Mop-up Round?

The university has invited applications from the following candidates:

• Candidates who qualified in AP EAPCET 2026 and meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.

• Candidates who appeared in NEET UG 2026.

The AP EAPCET 2026 qualifying cut-off ranks specified in the notification are:

Candidates who registered earlier in response to the notification dated 09 September 2026 and whose names appeared in the Competent Authority Quota merit lists published on 13 October 2026 do not need to register again.

Dr. NTRUHS B.Sc Nursing Final Mop-up Round Schedule

The university has announced the following application schedule:

Candidates must complete the registration and application process within the prescribed deadline. The university has stated that the dates are tentative and may be changed without prior notice.

Application Fee

Candidates must pay the application and processing fee according to their category.

Bank charges will be additional. Payment must be made online through debit card, credit card or net banking. The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

How to Apply for Dr. NTRUHS B.Sc Nursing Counselling?

Eligible candidates can complete the online application process by following these steps:

2. Enter the required basic details to generate the registration number.

3. Note the registration number sent to the registered mobile number.

4. Fill in the online application form with accurate personal and academic details.

5. Upload all mandatory certificates and supporting documents in the prescribed format.

6. Pay the applicable application fee through the online payment gateway.

7. Review the application details before submitting the form.

The notification specifically advises candidates to use Internet Explorer 11 for filling out the application form. Candidates should keep their registration number confidential and must not share their passwords or OTPs.

Documents Required for Online Application

Candidates should scan and keep the required documents ready before starting the application process.

Candidates must upload the required certificates in the prescribed format and within the specified file-size limits. Grade certificates are not accepted in place of the qualifying examination marks memo.

For candidates claiming Andhra Pradesh non-local status, the notification specifies acceptable residence or parent employment documents. Candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh must upload the Local Status Certificate issued online by the Mandal Revenue Officer. Offline certificates will not be considered.

• Candidates who have already registered and appeared in the merit list published on 13 October 2026 are not required to submit another application.

• The application fee is non-refundable.

• Candidates must provide correct information and upload all mandatory certificates.

• Registration numbers, passwords and OTPs must be kept confidential.

• The university is not responsible for failed online payment transactions.

• The eligibility criteria, document requirements and other instructions issued in the notification dated 09 September 2026 will continue to apply.

• The university reserves the right to revise the announced schedule without prior notice.
