Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS), Vijayawada, has published the list of candidates assessed for admission to Postgraduate Medical Degree and Diploma courses under the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) quota for the academic year 2026-27. The list is dated 31 October 2026 and includes the medical board's eligibility assessment and recommendations.
According to the notification, eight candidates have been declared eligible under the PwBD quota. One candidate has been declared not eligible under this quota, while two candidates were marked absent during the medical board assessment.
The university has declared the following eight candidates eligible under the PwBD quota:

The medical board has issued specific recommendations for certain candidates regarding the PG Medical specialities they can choose.
Sai Lakshmi Sahiti Gadhiraju: Eligible only for Medicine and Allied Clinical, Preclinical and Para-clinical branches, as specified in the notification.
Devanakonda Surekha: Eligible for all PG Medical courses except surgical branches, as per NMC, PGMEB, Chapter II, Clause 8.12(A).
Other six eligible candidates: Declared eligible for all PG Medical courses.
Candidates must follow the speciality-wise recommendations issued by the medical board while exercising their web options.
The university has listed one candidate as not eligible under the PwBD quota:
